Thank you for shopping with Pantheon Energy Drink. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds or accept returns for products bought from our online store, powered by Wix.
Your Legal Rights (Distance Sales)
Under UK law, customers who purchase goods online generally have a 14‑day cancellation period (the “cooling‑off period”) from the date you receive your order, during which you may cancel your purchase for any reason and receive a refund. This right exists in addition to any returns or refunds we offer below.
If you wish to cancel under this right, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, unopened and in original condition. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed once we receive the product back, or evidence that you have sent it.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method originally used. Shipping costs are not automatically refundable under this statutory right unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Include your order number, and a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.

We will confirm instructions for return (if required).
Once approved, we will refund your order value (and any delivery charges) to your original payment method.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items (Non‑Faulty)
For products that are not faulty and have been opened or consumed, refunds are not normally offered unless required by law. This includes change‑of‑mind returns where the item is used or the seal has been broken.
If the item is unopened and in original resalable condition, you may still return it within 14 days for a refund (minus any delivery costs). You must pay the return postage.
